A servant heard a noise from the room of Earl Vincent. He ignored it at first but hearing it the second time, he alarmed the butler. However, the butler ignored the concern of the servant and told him that maybe the earl is just trying to stand on his own.

After a few minutes, the butler decided to check his master in his room if he had taken his medicine.

The butler discovered that Lord Vincent is missing. He searched the earl’s quarters but he is nowhere to be found. He told all the servants to look around the house but the no one was able to find him. He is very worried to what happened to his master. He decided to tell the disappearance of Lord Vincent to Anathea and Christopher.

When he arrived at the restaurant, no one was inside except for two attendants cleaning up the area.
Butler: Excuse me. Where is the party?
Attendant 1: Party?
Butler: Yes, the engagement party of Christopher and Lorelei.
Attendant 2: Oh, you’re too late. Haven’t you heard?
Attendant 1: They brought someone to the hospital.
Butler: To the hospital?
Attendant 2: Well, someone was shot.
Butler: Do you know who is shot?
Attendant 1: According to the story, after the king and queen announced their successor… what’s her name again…? Ana… Ana…
Butler: Anathea!
Attendant 2: Right. That’s her name. After the announcement, a group of men entered and made a warning shot and looked for someone. And then, they made a shot again. The stand by police came but unfortunately they didn’t catch the culprit.
Butler: Did you say Anathea? Oh, my God!

Thinking that Anathea was the one shot, the butler hurriedly went to the hospital. As soon as he arrived at the hospital, he looked for Anathea to know her current condition.

Along the way, he saw Philippe.
Butler: I came from the restaurant. What happened? Is she all right?
Philippe: She’s fine. Would you like to talk to her?
Butler: But how…?
Philippe have no time to talk to the butler anymore. He brought him to her.
They saw her outside the emergency room crying with her face buried in her hands

Butler: I thought she was the one shot. Who’s shot?
Philippe: Mico.
Butler: Thank God she is safe.
Philippe: You’re with Uncle Vincent at home. Why are you in the restaurant? Something wrong…?
Butler: No.
Philippe: Tell me. There is something wrong.
Butler: Okay, but don’t tell it to her yet.
Philippe: What is it?
Butler: Your uncle is missing.
Philippe: What!

The butler told Philippe every detail of what happened and they agreed that they should not tell it to Anathea yet. She might not handle the situation well.

Because they were busy talking to each other, they didn’t notice that Anathea was listening to their conversation. They realized that she heard them when they heard her gasp.
Butler: How long have you been there?

Anathea didn’t answer instead she cried. She doesn’t know what to do. She is so confused. She wished at that moment that all of what is happening is just a nightmare and she will wake up from it in no time. All of this can’t happen in reality, she convinced herself.

A doctor approached them.
Doctor: Excuse me. Are you with the patient in the emergency room?
Anathea: Yes.
Doctor: The patient is in 50-50 condition. He already lost so much blood. We’re afraid we might not be able to continue with the operation.
Philippe: Is there any other way?
Doctor: Someone must donate blood to the patient.
Anathea: We have the same blood type. I will donate mine.
Doctor: Come with me quickly. You have to sign some papers.
